GAF Timberline shingle roof replacement and gutters
Aside from the feeling of satisfaction achieved when doing a job right, the rewards for being meticulous in our roofing and siding work is that we earn repeat business, which is what this project is a perfect example of. VIS Exterior was called in six years ago to do a full siding replacement on this large home in Willowbrook. Pleased with our services, they brought VIS in again last year to replace the roof on a rental property. Recently, we completed a 3,500-square-foot roofing job on the primary property.
For this project, we used GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles. This product not only offers a unique aesthetic that can give a home plenty of curb appeal, it is also manufactured in such a way that it protects the home from the elements for years and years.
The VIS crew also replaced the gutters on the home with high-quality aluminum materials. As usual, the customer was pleased that we showed up on time, stuck to our deadlines, stayed the course with the budget and kept the workplace clean, professional and tightly managed.
