CertainTeed’s Monogram vinyl siding installation
CertainTeed, a quality brand that has consistently delivered great siding products for years, produces its Monogram line as a durable, low-maintenance option that homeowners really appreciate, but it’s also an attractive product. This project involved Espresso-colored D5 Clapboard siding. To outline/accent the roofline of the home, we installed 1×8-in. fascia boards where the walls of the home meet the roof. These boards were covered in an aluminum white wrap, completely transforming the appearance of the home and creating curb appeal.
CertainTeed uses high-quality vinyl material to ensure ultimate durability, providing plenty of protection against harsh weather conditions. In fact, the products have been tested and can withstand 210 mph wind load pressures. Furthermore, the products are environmentally friendly. At the entrance of the home we built two 6×6-in.columns, which were covered in white LP SmartSide trim.
For the gutters, we installed seamless 5-in. gutters with 3×4-in. downspouts. For aesthetic consistency, we also chose white for the gutters and downspouts.
