Royal Estate siding installation and architectural shingle roofing
Some roofing jobs require more work and materials than others, especially those where poor ventilation systems in the attic produce a perfect scenario for mold. This is what VIS Exterior encountered with a Woodridge home where we had to replace 30 plywood sheets before we could reroof the home.
This customer needed the work to be completed in short order and sought out estimates from five contractors. VIS was able to provide them with an on-the-spot estimate. The customer also needed the work to begin very quickly, and we were able to fit them into our schedule and completed the job in the allotted time frame.
Aside from the full roof replacement, the customer also required new siding, soffit/fascia and gutters. We used Royal Estate Dutch lap siding, GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles and aluminum soffit and gutters. The homeowner said following completion of the project that they were “pleased with the refreshed look and quality of the job.”
