CertainTeed Restoration Classic siding installation for commercial building
Never underestimate the power of curb appeal in not only retaining current clients, but also in potentially attracting more. This Downers Grove business, Universal Spa Training Academy, a 5,000-square-foot structure, was clad with old wood siding in a diagonal pattern. Modernizing, as well as adding extra protection, with new siding completely enhanced the building.
While the existing black/charcoal vertical siding on the upper half of the parts of the building remained, we chose CertainTeed Restoration Classic D4.5 smooth vinyl horizontal siding in sterling gray for the lower half of the building. This provided a distinct definition that not only broke up the monotony of having only one type of siding over a majority of the building, but also offered a nice aesthetic appropriate for a commercial building of this architecture.
