GAF Timberline architectural shingle roof replacement

Visible from the street in front of the home was a sag in the roof. Upon inspection, VIS Exterior found that there were structural issues in the attic of the home, which had to be straightened. We installed new plywood after fixing the joists, which we did at no added fees to the homeowner, and were able to install GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles, which gave the house a stunningly fresh look.
