We installed LP SmartSide 6-ft. lap siding, 4 by 8 ft. board and batten panels and shake. Our team replaced all windows, soffit and fascia and installed seamless 0.32 gutters. We used Climate Solution #8000 vinyl DH windows and aluminum soffit/fascia.

LP SmartSide siding installation, windows & gutters replacement

The client wanted to update her home, as the vinyl siding and windows were in bad shape.

The VIS Exterior team met with her and provided a free inspection and estimate to remove all of the old siding and replace it with LP SmartSide siding. The estimate also included installing new windows, new soffit/fascia and gutters.

Our crew began the project by removing all existing siding and installing house wrap. Next, we removed the old windows and installed new Climate Solution 8000 series vinyl windows, which were white on the inside and Dark Bronze on the outside.

XFollowing the installation of the windows, the VIS crew installed 2,300 sq. ft. of LP Smartside lap siding along with 4 by 8 ft. board and batten siding in SW-Sea Serpent color. The soffit and fascia were wrapped in a Dark Bronze color, which was a great match with the new siding.

She was very pleased with the final result and that everything was completed in the timeframe we established at the outset of the project.
